The site you are reading this on
TXTURE now has a public home: a landing page at the domain root and this
devlog. The app moved to /main — and deep-link returns after login got
fixed along the way.
How the landing works
- Static HTML at build time. React runs only as a template engine during the build; the browser receives roughly one kilobyte of vanilla JS — the theme toggle, the demo controls and the decorative arc in the headline.
- A demo without the engine. The rhyme/stress/syllable analysis of the demo verses is precomputed and baked straight into the markup. The linguistics engine never loads on the landing: the toggles just flip CSS classes.
- Colour only where it means something. The whole page is neutral black-and-white; the only coloured elements are rhymes, highlighted with the same palette the editor itself uses. The landing demos the product with its own text — the rhyme in the Russian headline is a real one, with real stress marks.
The devlog
Posts are plain markdown files in the repository: publishing = committing.
The build also produces sitemap.xml and an RSS feed — subscribe at
/feed.xml if you use a reader.
